“We were staying at the Redford Farm Barns for the week and were so very lucky to be able to experience Chef Harry and his team. Harry, Ruby and Jen were absolutely brilliant and we had an utterly incredible, memorable and gastronomic evening in the Barn.
We had a buffet style meal that worked so well and enabled us to sample so many delicious dishes - my 15 year old son went up 6 times for more!! The guests were divided as to their favourite dish but all were rated really highly and we were lucky to be able to enjoy the left overs the next day.
The menu was designed by Harry and the whole process was so straight forward and easy. Nothing was too much trouble and the whole evening was just so perfect. Unfortunately we failed to take any pictures of the food - far too busy eating it (!!) but I can assure you that it was absolutely first class and some of the best that any of us have ever tasted.
Evatt & Bullock are highly highly recommended and we cannot wait to return to Shropshire!!
